Overview
WIGO Trips is primarily a free editorial publication. Our newsletter is free. The website is free to read. From time to time we may offer paid products such as print editions, special reports, or supporter memberships. This policy covers refunds for those paid products.
Print editions and physical goods
If a physical product arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, contact us within 14 days of receipt (or expected receipt) for a replacement or full refund. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
Digital products
Digital products such as PDF reports are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law. If a digital file is faulty or you did not receive download access, we will resolve it promptly.
Supporter memberships
Recurring supporter memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but we will consider exceptions for clear errors.
How to request a refund
Email support@wigotrips.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond within five working days and aim to resolve all refund requests within 14 days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
